Job Summary

We are actively seeking empathetic, patient, and highly organized individuals to join our frontline support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained to manage complex returns, special orders, and tool rentals. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Customer Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to respond to inquiries at the front desk, processing returns, exchanges, and defective merchandise claims accurately.
• Order Fulfillment: Support our Pro and DIY customers by locating and processing "Buy Online, Pick Up In Store" (BOPIS) orders efficiently.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as the immediate problem solver for basic needs. You will navigate pricing discrepancies, manage interpersonal conflicts, and accommodate contractor requests with empathy.
• Register Support: Execute precise cash handling, issue store credit, and provide backup checkout support during busy weekend rushes.

Requirements & Qualifications
